Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Tradewind Holdings, LLC (“Tradewind,” “we,” “our”) collects through twhequity.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written to be practical and plain — if anything is unclear, reach out and we’ll explain.

Information we collect

We collect two categories of information.

Information you submit. When you complete a form on the Site — seller inquiry, capital-partner submission, joint-venture proposal, broker listing, newsletter signup, or general contact — we receive what you send: your name, contact details, and any property, deal, or professional information you include. We store these submissions so we can respond and maintain a record of our correspondence.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site records basic technical data when you visit: IP address, approximate location (derived from IP), browser type, device category, pages viewed, and referring URL. This is used for security, debugging, and aggregate analytics.

How we use what we collect

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate property and deal submissions, maintain a record of business correspondence, comply with legal and tax obligations, and — for newsletter subscribers — send the occasional field note you opted in to receive.

We use technical data to operate the Site, monitor for abuse, and understand in aggregate what’s useful to visitors. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Service providers

A small number of third-party services help us operate the Site. Each is used for a specific, limited purpose, and we share only what is necessary.

Formspree receives and stores form submissions on our behalf, which we then access by email. Their privacy practices are published at formspree.io.

Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on the Site; fonts are loaded from Google’s CDN. Google may log standard request data in the process.

Our hosting provider serves the Site’s pages and stores server-side logs in the ordinary course of operation.

We do not currently use third-party advertising, retargeting pixels, or session-replay tools on the Site.

Cookies

The Site uses minimal cookies — only what is required for basic functionality and, if enabled, anonymized aggregate analytics. No cross-site tracking, no advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser; doing so will not prevent you from using the Site.

How long we keep information

We keep form submissions as long as necessary to maintain a record of business correspondence and meet our legal obligations. Newsletter subscriber emails are retained until you unsubscribe. Server logs are rotated on a short cycle.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what we have on file, correct it, or delete it. Email privacy@twhequity.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe. Where deletion would conflict with a legal, tax, or contractual obligation we’ll let you know and retain only what is required.

Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email, or by emailing the address above.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information we hold. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever become aware of a breach that affects you, we will notify you in a timely manner consistent with applicable law.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of the page and, where practical, note the change in the next newsletter.
